Team audit report

 Hi,

I have resigned Friday from my current job because of a bad structured organization. My manager now asked me to give him an audit report and explain why I'm leaving. Does anyone have such a report, that I can base myself on for a good structure?

Thanks!

Re: Team audit report

Thank you Adrian, this is indeed a professional document.

Not sure however if I would use any of the examples from the Top 25 list, but at least it cheered me up whilst I'm in my notification period :)
