Vendor Conflict resolution

I work for a customer as a BA and manage the development team from different vendor for last 2 years .I'm the only person from my company in the team. Recently, my customer replaced by new person and (s)he does not understand, bringing both the vendors together for any issue related discussion creates conflict as they blame requirement is not clear to barrow time to fix issues. The customer is new to function and the IT technologies. Practically, how can I explain and make her understand that team will not listen to me without her support for me.

Re: Vendor Conflict resolution

What is the current vendor doing ?

What will the new vendor do ?

Are they developing / maintaining a product ?

Is it a COTS product being maintained by that vendor ?

Is one vendor being replace by another vendor ... or will you have 2 vendors working ?
