A brief about myself:

I have 8 years of IT experience and I have performed multiple roles in this time span (Java development, Data warehouse, some BI, a lot of system testing). For the past year and a half, I am working as a BA and I am enjoying it a lot. All my projects have been in the Telecom domain (Assurance and Billing areas) and would like to stick to it in the foreseeable future.

Question:

While I consider myself lucky about my past assignments, since they give me perspective for doing my current BA job (elicitation. requirements, business processes, app design(visual and logical) and monitoring execution), I am wondering what should be my next step for career progression. Here are my options:

1. Training and certifications in my domain like Frameworx (eTOM, SID, TAM) etc.
2. BA specific certifications like CBAP etc. 
3. My organisation might also give me an option of moving towards a role Solution Architecture and Design. 
4. A role in mid level management.

I don't seek responses to point me towards one option but I will really appreciate a  balanced view!
