What should include in proposal presentation for Business Process Management and Improvement project (from Owner perspective) ?

my company have RFP for Business Process Management and Improvement project , and we received 5 proposals(offers) and we would like to contact with each of them to have a meeting .

this meeting should include a 30 minutes presentation include :
- There Methodology.
- CVs of Working Team.
- Presentation of similar projects experience.

i need more than these Three points, so , what you are suggest ?
