Hello Everyone,

I am Vivek and I have a dilemma relating to my next job.

I am currently working as a Business Analyst, and now I have one offer each from  HSBC and Societe Generale in to work as Business Analyst in Bangalore.WIth HSBC the work is in the area of Reference and Market Data and with with Societe Generale it is relating to Market Risk. Compensation is thinly higher in Societe Generale offer but they have given a level below designation as compared to HSBC.

Could you please post your opinion with regards to these two offers.
