You my friend have no idea what you're taking about. Dubai does not have the commercial environment favorable to anyone. Believe me, I know, been working here for well over 7 years. This is no utopia as that article that you link to seems to be implying. Furthermore, "Jobs in Dubai" is a scam site and I wish the moderators took the necessary action by removing its link from here.
