Change Management

I have spent my morning in a (thus far) fruitless quest to find a program that can manage data changes my company's custom application. Here are my requirements:

  1. Each request has several different phases (requirements elicitation, sql creation, BA team testing, QA team testing, deployment), each of which has its own start and end date.
  2. I need the ability to assign the request to the different teams (not just team members).
  3. I need to be able to attach documentation to the request (signed paperwork).

The following are 'like to have' items:

  1. Digital signatures and approvals.
  2. Calendar/gantt view. To be able to visually show where each task is in a timeline.

Limitations:

  1. Needs to be web based. No installed apps.
  2. Sharepoint is a possibility.
  3. If not Sharepoint, the rest of our environment is Linux.

If anyone has suggestions, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Re: Change Management

Pivotal Tracker is an excellent tool.

It allows for assigning to teams, but its default is assign to indivauals.  You'll need to tinker.
