activity analyze 

Hi..
this is hard job for me,and i have responsible to analyze
Technical support staff job.i dont know,what should i do to record
they activity because i dont know what they do outside.may be someone can help me to resolve this case?

Hi there Qer.

You'll need to be much more specific to get any useful help.  Let me prompt you with a few questions;

Why are you analysing things?  Are you there to identify what is happenning? To develop proces improvements? To reduce costs or time to resolve issues?  Or are you looking at one or a few particular systems?

Depending on your goals the approach will be different.
