Hello,
I wouli like to use a requirements management tool and i have problems in choosing it. An important feature for me is to have use case dependencies to make my life easier.
Can anyone point me some products please?
2 other questions are: 1) What is your budget? 2) How much training will you want to learn how to use the software?
I have a copy of a free requirements management tool but I can't got a clue about how to make it work ;)

Nicolae,
Have you tried Microsoft's Visio? It is the one, I am using and it is good.

Hi Nicolae,
I would suggest having a look at http://brightgreenprojects.com
Bright Green Projects is an easy to use and intuitive web based application to manage your requirements. Not only is it used for requirements, but it can also manage issues and risks. Bright Green is also very collaborative. All entities can be commented on and Bright Green will eventually end up replacing your email for all Requirement related discussions.
The founders of Bright Green have been working as Business Analysts on large scale implementations for around 10 years. We never quite found the tool we wanted, so decided to build one ourselves!
We have a 21 day free trial, so please sign up and have a look around.
