Any suggessions to gain some experience as BA in a Development Project Please  

Hi Guys

Just now I joined in this forum.  Hope every one doing well. 

I've 10+ years of experience in Retails Banking operations and live in London.  Couple of years ago I started my career as a BA in Data Migration Project later had a chance to work in Transformation project.  Up to here everything went well.  Now I'm trying to get some experience in Retail Banking Development Projects which seems futile.  I'm getting calls from the agencies and interviews are getting scheduled but unfortunately couldn't get through the telephonic interviews and you know the agencies they never bother to provide feed backs. Any suggestions please.
