Greeting! I am Ritika Jangid and I have almost a year's (just 2 months shy) experience as a BA in the Travel Domain (mainly airlines). I have done my MBA in Software Development and currently work in a software product development company centric on airline domain. My main responsibilities cover requirement elicitation and analysis, functional specifications, system testing and pre-sales support. Here, I wish to keep myself up to date with the BA profession and further my understanding of becoming a good BA.
