Hi Sayandeep, 

The best way to move to such a role is simply to apply for jobs. There are lots of job boards, including LinkedIn. Start applying for jobs and if you get interviews, but not the role, ask for feedback on what you would need that you didn't have.

Not everyone gives feedback, which I always think is a shame. I always do but maybe I am unusual in that respect?
