SR. B.A. POSITION INTERVIEW QUESTIONS - INPUTS / ADVICE

I am a business analyst with 6 + years experience. I have just successfully passed two rounds  of technical interviews, over the phone for a for a Senior BA position.

I have now been invited to meet a director of the company for a face to face interview . I will also be meeting someone at peer level.

Can someone tell me, what to expect in terms of the interview with the director:

  • Will the interview focus on my projects, or skills?
  • Can I expect to be quizzed on "situational questions"?
  • Would I be expected to explain the terminology/skills on the resume?

Any valuable information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your inputs.

Re: SR. B.A. POSITION INTERVIEW QUESTIONS - INPUTS / ADVICE

After two rounds of technical interviews, I suspect the interview with the director is a personality check to see if you fit in and possibly an offer.

I doubt the director is going to do another tech-interview.
