It's rare for a job candidate to possess 100% of every skill and knowledge that is required in a job description. The key is to know enough, have enough skills, and be ready to show you are quickly able to obtain the remainder.

It's easy to say 100% qualified, but no one can be 100% qualified for any job until he/she  have experience in that field.
