Business Case Auto Approval

Hi all,

I'm investigating the possibility of streamling our process for review and sign off of business cases.

We want to be able to submit a business case to all members of a group. They can then review it - approve / decline / query the business case. There will be business / workflow rules that mean if declined return to X person, if declined flag to Y person. Only after Z approvals it can go to the head of the investment board for a decision.

We have access to share point. I'm not sure if it can handle workflows and business rules though.

Can any one suggest if there is software out there that can do this? I need to present a 1 page document showing options available (including that the current process is fine) to my boss in 2 weeks.

Thanks
