WBS for a data analyst project

Does anyone have a skeloton Work Breakdown Structure with key tasks for a Data analysis project including the typical tasks involved in a little detail. This would include from Discovery tasks through to UAT and sign off please?

Or is there anywhere on here with examples? I have tried to seach.

Re: WBS for a data analyst project

I would start by noting down all the things or steps that I know so far. You can think about the end state and work your way backwards. What are the things you need to do to get to the end state. Then categorize the information you have noted down into various sections.

Next I would meet with stakeholders to get their perspective on the tasks that need to be done for my Data analysis project and the sequence and categorization of tasks. You can use excel, visio or Gantt charts to get started on the list.

Hope this helps.
