The CBAP Handbook give the breakdown as follows:

Enterprise Analysis           22.0%
Requirements Planning and Management    22.7%
Requirement Elicitation   18.7%
Requirements Analysis and Documentation    20.7%
Requirements Communication  10.7%
Solution Assessment and Validation    5.3%

The exam blueprint based on v2.0 of the BABOKĀ® is as follows:

    * Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring 19.33%

OK - sorted.  Searching for the CBAP Handbook using google brings up the link on the IIBA site to the old (BABOK V1.6) version of the handbook.   Click here to download the current version from the IIBA
