"To develop software?"
A question like that is a little hard to answer: I don't blame you for being confused. I'm a little confused myself.
Who is asking you this question?
What's their context?
Yes, to develop software. This question was asked at an interview. My answer was that we use agile methodology from feasibility study through product maintenance. We have a small team of 6 to 7 people, projects lasts about 2 months, we hold daily meetings which result in reduced documentation. The feedback I got from them was that I did not have enough experience in agile methodology. That's why I am confused, am I wrong or missing something?
Thanks for your help!
I think they were probably looking at the length of time you had done agile development. You may have worked agile for a year, they may have wanted someone who had worked in agile for three years.
I might also suggest that the concepts of "feasability study" and "maintenance" are holdovers from waterfall development. That's not uncommon in shops that are converting to agile, and it's likely what it was called where you worked, but using those words suggests someone doesn't quite understand agile development.
You may have to clarify your shop is adapting to agile itself.
Thanks Anderson for your responses!!!You've been very helpful.
