I am part of a small committee within my team of business analysts, tasked with creating a BA Tool Kit. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this - what do you include in your tool kit, what medium do you use to house the tool kit, is it being utilized by your BAs. Appreciate any feedback. The main thing you need to know is when to use the existing tools. Use Cases, BPM, BPMN, Data Flow Diagrams, Activity Diagrams: which one is appropriate for the job at hand?
