Analysts - when you need to find something....

Hello - when you need to find new software, tools or related information how do you typically go about it?

1) Is there a specific site you visit?

2) what keywords are you using to search?

3) Is BPM (business process management) something you consider as you deal with your day to day role?

4) Since you use a bunch of different tools/software in your role - what is your top go to that you feel like you use the most?

thanks in advance..
