Real estate management SRS document needed urgently...... 

Hi Real estate management SRS document need urgentley, if any one you is having the douc, plz share with me, really it will be very helpful to me.. 

Project Description: Real Estate Management- is a  web based system where  Client want to develop a software for his construction organization to make all the department of the organization to be in the lined manner, where it should be able to reduce the gap and proper lead generation and record maintenance should be there for the leads.Differnet modules are Sales and Inventory Management, Property Management, Document creation Management, Contract Management for brokers and agents, Marketing communications.

Suggest you look up CRM (client/customer relationship management) software as a starting point. Absolutely pointless to build it yourself. Its been done before many times. Take advantage of other people's efforts.
