I do not know of a directly equivalent certification program to the CBAP for Systems Analysts. However the ISEB (Information Systems Examination Board), which are part of the British Computer Society do promote the ISEB Diploma in Systems Development which is excellent and is focussed on Systems Analysis. The ISEB Systems Development Diploma is awarded following the successful completion of 3 core modules and an Oral Examination full details are on the ISEB website.
