Can any one help me in  creating a use case diagram and User stories for below scenario:

Trainees need to apply for a position in a practice that is accredited with Company XYZ to continue their training
which is called placement. The business requires a system which supports the whole placement process

(applying to a practice, offering a position and the final approval of that position by Company XYZ). The high-
level requirements are:

• Admins can set the applications open and close dates in the system.
• Trainees can only apply to practices in the same region as their training region
• Trainees must be enrolled prior applying for any placement.
• Trainees can’t work more than 38 hours per week and lesser than 14 hours.
• Trainees can apply to more than one practice.
• Trainees can apply part time and full-time positions if the number of hours stated in their applications
are not more than stated hours in their enrolment form.
• Practices can’t take registrars if their capacity is full.
• For corporate facilities which have multiple branches, trainees only can apply to the parent practice
and write a request as part of the application if they want to work in any specific branch.
