Yes I think your ideas are in the right balpark, but your presentation makes a very common error.  Tools are fine but what you really need is to amplify the importance of communication.  Tracking and version control is fine, but at the end of the day it's more important to have a happy customer than to be able to point to a version chnage and say "see, this is where we descoped your project and you knew about it then."

I'm sure your RM tool is nice, but I think you could help your clients more if you build up the collaboration component. How about building in stakeholder management, messaging and a few features like that, and making that the key selling point?
