What skillset to develope ? 

I am a Electronics & Communication grad, had experience in Telecom Presales (Sort of business Analyst role but not exactly).

I joined IT sector and after 1 years 8 months working as a QA i applied for a internal posting for Product Analyst, which they consider and finally am a Product Analyst.

I am quite aware of work but need seek advice on what skill-set i should sharpen, any certification/degree i should go for ?

and Is my career is on right track, Will organizations take it positively (diversified career) for considering me for interviews ?

What are your career goals?  Before you can answer the question if you're on the right track, you need to figure out where you are headed.
