Hi All, 

I'm very new to the analyst game and looking for some advice on where to go.  

I have recently walked into an MI analyst role within a call center, and it turns out that I have the nescessary skills needed to get started, such as Excel, VBA, Buisness Objects and SQL.  

My question is that i dont really know how to progress my career or what I need to in order to move on, or even what the next logical step would be!!

Any help or advice that any one could offer would be much appreciated,

Btw I am in the UK if that makes any difference,
