Introduction: Business Analyst in Telecom company

Hi All,

I would like to introduce myself to this forum.

Background:

I worked as Software Engineer with a MNC. Then I decided to go for MBA and after completion of my course I have joined a telecom company as a Business Analyst.

Project Brief:

Currently my project involves developing CRM application for ISP services of the company. The duraation of this project is six months. I am also playing role of assistant manager so I have to take care of cordination with Legal department, Procurement department and dealing with software vendors.

Query:

As I am new to this role so I am currently unaware of the direction of my career path. My goal is to create a strong pofile for myself after six months. I have kept this strict timeline for myself because my project will get over after six months. Here I have been exposed to Sales and Billing department also. In a nutshell I will have exposure of complete cycle for ISP services.

So kindly guide me how to build on my skill set and in which all areas.

Thanks in Advance

Regards,

Nitin.
