Business Impact Report or Presentation
Modified By ryanjuzz on 3/1/2012 9:34:03 PM)

Hi All,

My team is engage with regular UAT-User Acceptance Testing (part of the Teams Responsibilites) we support a home grown system that was developed by an outsourced IT Company. We are a regional office and we collaborate with different countries in the region that uses the system. We are identified as a SSC- Shared Services Center. We have also involved SSC on our UAT testing instead of asking the countries to do the testing we involve our SSC Ops in our location for better collaboration because of same location benefit & most of the functions are used by the OPS in SSC. Recently because of the regular UAT we have involved SSC, our SSC Director asked me to draft or create a Business Impact Analysis of the UAT that will show the involvement of the SSC on the testing. I am currently on the point of deciding and knowing how can I create a simple excel or power point on how to present our director the business impact of SSC on UAT.If my understanding is correct he wants to use this presentation to let the region know how SSC is involved with the UAT. So I may need some thoughts, suggestion or sample templates or sheets that I can use to prepare a simple presenation this month.

Please feel free to send me a personal message or replies to this thread.
