INterview Question 

If you are right about something, and business users were wrong about something, how do you prove to them u were right ?

This situation clearly shows that there is a perceptional difference between you and the business users.

First, a BA should understand the business users' perception to know why they say something. Then, it would be easy to prove them that yours is the right or the best possible solution. If they see what you are seeing, they will understand why you are saying that and why it is the best one.

The true pathway to success lies in developing a high level of trust between you and your stakeholders.  Showing them you are smarter than they are won't help build a lasting partnership.
