I've just joined the Forum and am a Business Analyst combined with some Project Management. I have been a BA for approximately 10 years and enjoy my work as I have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of business areas during my career involving some world class systems in a number of organisations.
I have just started a piece of work where I need to find a solution to automate some of our HR auhtorisation processes such as the following: -
The current issue is that there is no automatic workflow in place to route the above requests which makes it a lengthy and difficult procedure when requesting authorisation especially where 4 and 5 levels of authorisations are in place. We would like to use a Sharepoint solution for the above, something that will be quick and easy to implement and not too costly as this is only going to be an interim solution until a proper HR system in place.
My question is does anyone know of any solutions/suppliers that can build electronic workflows for the above using Sharepoint?

This is far more of a technical design for a solution type question but I happen to be working on the requirements for a project that involves delivering Sharepoint based workflow solutions.

Sharpoint has a workflow tool that comes with it. For alternatives take a look at the Microsoft site or speak with your Microsoft vendor. Plenty of options.
