I got an email for the Requirements Webinar series but can't find any specific forum to discuss them, so I'm posting here.
Hi Brian,
Thanks for the feedback. Let me try to answer your questions.
1) Thank you for bringing to our attention that the webinars are not listed in our events section. I will forward this information on to the appropriate people. I believe this is just an oversight.
2) The webinars are typically announced before hand in a number of locations.
3) At the moment Modern Analyst has found that 10am Pacific Time (1pm Eastern Time) works well for the US audience, which also incorporates timezones for North and South America in general. This also provides Europe and portions of Africa the ability to join in the evening hours after work. To date, our sponsors have been U.S. based, so they aren't available to provide the live webinar at other times. While current constraints prevent us from offering webinars at times that are covenient for others outside of these areas, we record all webinars and post them on ModernAnalyst.com for anyone to view On-Demand at a time that is convenient for them. You can find the recorded webinars under "Webinars" on the top navigation menu. www.modernanalyst.com/Webinars/tabid/207/Default.aspx
4) The webinars are sponsored by a number of different companies. While the sponsors tend to highlight a particular tool or service that they offer, we encourage them to provide information which is valuable to Business Analyst more broadly. They will often finish the webinar with a demonstration of their tool or service as one potential way of supporting a particular business analysis need or as a way to solve a particular problem. Your contact information is only made available to sponsors of webinars that you sign up for.
I hope you found this information helpful. Thanks again for your feedback.
1) Are absolutely ALL webinars posted to themodern Analyst site under 'Webinars after they have been done?
2) How long after a webinar has been done is it posted. I see one from last week that hasn't been posted yet?
3) How long after being posted do they stay on website?
