Process Reengineering
Hello I'm working on to get my CBAP certification and exam is yet to be taken. II'm a system analyst with 15 yrs of experience. Recently, in our company we are undertakig a process reengineering project and i developed an excel template for the business departmetnts to list their main and supporting processes and asked them to tell what are the issues they are facing inn each process. We got the results and we are now to analyze and validate them and reprocesss them. I'm bit of confused and need your advise on where to start. Should i start with Strategy Analysis or design specification? What tools do i need to use? The basic business requirement doesnt change and the process or goal is still connected to existing process. We are just trying to re-process them Your help would also aid me more to foster the concepts and would help my exam as well Regards Ilyas
