Thanks everyone. Your responses agree with the feedback I got at BA World in Melbourne recently and while I have team lead responsibilities on specific projects I am really leading a practice. The question now is, 'Practice Lead' or 'Practice Manager' ...

 Hi Bruce,

To me, "lead" means you're in their working with the team doing BA work yourself and leading the others by example.

"Manager" means you aren't working as a BA anymore, just managing the BAs as they work.
