Re: Documenting Current Business Process

 Hi Everyone...

After a long struggle.... i am able to put things in Picture. I was given a task of Documenting the Entire ERP in an organization wherein i had to do Business Process Documentation of

1) SCM(Covers the entire stuff starting from procuring the goods to the manufacturing of the same)..

2) Marketing

3)HR

4)Finance

In this i have covered the first 3 and the last portion is remaining...

The following are the things i have included

IN SCM i could clearly distinguis the Inputs and outputs for everything .

The folllowing is the structure

1) Process flowchart

2)Process Map- Hence i have put a table like this

PROCESS- ROLE(who does it)- INPUT- Business Condition - OUTPUT

3)Process Description

4)Top of that i have also referenced master data.

However should i put the screenshots of masterdata? etc.

Is there anything i am missing in the whole documentation . Kindly put ur suggestions
