BA vs. ITA vs. BAT/UAT tester

 Hi All,

Can you help me with understanding the following: -

a.) Difference between BA vs. ITA vs. BAT/UAT tester (division of work for the same scope so it can get past from one resource to another through out the life cycle)

b.) Onshore/offshore model and how to make it work

Looking forward for the responses

Thanks

Could you define your terms?  That is, define the acronyms you use and what they mean to you?
