What is the difference between Business Analyst and Change Analyst?

 A change management analyst os one who does the auditing as well as the evaluation of the change management process of any business. S/he is is responsible for helping the system users to adopt the new system, use its productivity and ensure adequate documentation. A business analyst is one who analyzes an existing system.

Hi Bernie,

I disagree with you a bit there. Found this definition of change management.

Change Management Learning Centre defines change mangement as “The application of a set of tools, processes, skills and principles for managing the people side of change to achieve the required outcomes of a change project or initiative"

And rather than auditing and evaluating, the job of a change manager is, most importantly, to effect the change required.
