Decision table

I wonder if you guys can help me to understand and calculate this below. thank you.

Generate- File. Note Table.

Ascending Group.

x - - - - Open output employee
1 2 3 4 5 6 Move.... to Dept-Code. 1000 2001 2002 3004 7777 9990.
1 2 3 4 5

Move.... to Dept-Name.  Stamping Assenbly Sales Maintenance

Personnel Administration.

x x x x x x Perform output-header thru output-header-exit
x x x x x x Perform output-Details thru output-Details-exit
- - - - - x Close employee

if output-header writes one record and output details writes 10 records, how many record will be written to employees? 66, 77, 88,99, 166?

Re: Decision table

Hi

I am trying to understand the question. I have quite an idea about the decision table which i had used for one of my application testing.

It will be great if you can share  more details on the below:

1.What are the number of conditions taken into account

2.What are the actions that will happen for each condition and the number of actions

3.If there are any exceptions allowed if yes the count of it.

Is Agile a reason to avoid documentation? I bet this question shows up again and again while working with product requirements. On one side, we have got long specifications, complicated diagrams, mystical technical design, too many prototypes and pretty obvious for engineers user guides (do we really need so much?). Several enterprises are achieving these results by migrating their systems or traditional monolithic applications to the cloud. But to gain from the real benefits of cloud technology, ...
