Yes.
Its important to show the initiating actor and also to show any other actors associated with the use case as well. In the diagram, the initiating actor is to the left and other associated actors are to the right.

thanks for your kind reply; i think the initiating actor can be distinguished from the arrow direction. as the associated actor might come an initiating actor for another scenario .so i am organizing the actors all at the left side of the diagram and below each other. Such as:-
actor 1
actor 2
UML use case diagrams don't have arrows (I don't think). Its just a simple association. The convention is as I described it but knock yourself out. If that works for you and people understand it.

Kimbo is right, no arrows please.
But if it works for your team as you will see at http://www.agilemodeling.com/style/useCaseDiagram.htm then use it.
I personally dont use arrows for usecase actor relationships.
