How to become a BA from Management Consultant

Hi Every One,

First of all, I would like to appreciate the people who are spending their time to give these suggestions.

I am an MBA with 3 years of experience as a Change Consultant, mainly managing projects( mainly non-IT related projects, when ever there is IT element, I do the business case and pass it over to an IT PM). I want to become a BA and want to know what my chances are and what kind of formal training would help me and which is the best place to get this in London.

Thanks in Advance.

RG

Re: How to become a BA from Management Consultant

RG,

From an MBA to a Business Analyst just does not sound right!  What about starting a boutique consulting firm that provides BA services. If there is a need in the market then you can fullfill that need. Get yourself a good partner that complements your skills, do the business plan, and if it is a goer - do it!

USE YOUR MBA SKILLS!

warm regards,

K
