Checking in from Phoenix 

Hello everyone,

I'm Joe. I'm new to this site, and will soon be new to Phoenix - moving from Germany, and separating from the military. I will be wrapping up my Bachelor's in MIS towars year's end. I look forward to the opportunity to meet other professionals, networking, learning, and hopefully at some point, contributing to the growth of others. I am also looking for an opportunity to break into the field, so if anyone knows of any employment opportunities in the Phoenix area, please let me know!

Welcome to the ModernAnalyst.com community for Business Analysts - hope you find it useful in your career.  MIS BA is a good step towards a career as a Business/Systems Analyst.

Make sure you take as many business analysis, systems analysis, and modeling courses as you can as part of your degree.  Programming helps as well, especially if you want to become a more technical analyst or systems analyst.
