Entry Level BA Jobs
I have 4 years experience working as an HR and I recently took a course in BA. I am applying for BA entry-level positions but even entry-level positions are asking for 2 years of experience. I am not getting any calls from recruiters for the Junior positions I apply. I have added all my skills and knowledge relating to BA in my resume summary but still, my experience is in HR. How should I change my resume to get an interview and get an entry-level position in BA

"entry-level positions are asking for 2 years of experience" --- Just apply to any position. You may have some experience that they are looking for in up-coming projects and you can use Templates to write-up BA things. Heck, even experienced people, many times, Never hear anything back on things they apply for ... Don't think it just you.

Re: Entry Level BA Jobs
I happen to see this in an ad ... "Due to the high volume of applications we typically receive, we regret that we are not able to personally respond to all applications."

Re: Entry Level BA Jobs

Thank you, Nick, for the advice. That is what I am doing just applying to all the positions that are there in the market including entry level and even internship.

Yes, I am also including a BRD document I have prepared for a project that I did on my own. What else documentation I can create as a part of my portfolio to stand out from other entry-level applicants?

"I am also including a BRD document I have prepared for a project that I did on my own" .... I just send in a Resume ... I will bring in previous stuff I did for an interview where I can explain stuff if asked ... I don't send in previous docs where someone looks at them and is afraid of you (you do better than what they do) and eliminates you.
