Business Model Analytics [New Member]

Hi all,

I am a new member of this site and also working for a project which requires business models analytics.
I know that systems like this already exist like Cortana Analytics Suite; although, the system I will be working on is not actually the same as the example, it will be defined to be used generally and "generically" (if there's such a word").

There are points where I need initial information about starting this project.

1. How to determine my market size and how interested will the market be for a system like this?
(I have already done bench marking, but how do I make this kind of system marketable?)

2. Is it a good investment to work on a project like this without having targeted market?

Thank you.

Re: Business Model Analytics [New Member]

I'm not sure I understand what type of system you are attempting to design and build.  More detail would be helpful.

Regarding your second question, it's generally unwise to spend a lot of time and money on a product without understanding the Total Addressable Market (TAM).
