 Spoonertech,

I use Enterprise Architect for business modelling like UML state diagrams. Balsamiq is just a drawing tool.

Oh okay thanks again for the lead. A former employer provided Visio, so that is what we used for UML state diagrams as well as use case diagrams, UI mockups, etc.
