Entry level business analyst - need some advice on career advance  

Hi,

Im working as a business analyst in IT industry. Initially i was given tasks like understanding a system and documenting the flow. Now that my tasks include capturing the requirements, interacting with team, getting the work done and testing. I really want to learn something new and apply in my career. please can anyone help me in this.... 

1. should i find a mentor

2. Learn technical aspects

3.????? Please help me
