Australia provides excellent quality courses at all of it's universities. (There is a strong quality assurance programme run on them by the governement.)

I am enrolled at Northeastern University online (physical campus in Boston MA US).  The tuition is reasonable, the course schedule convenient and the program is good quality.  www.spcs.neu.edu
