Re: Organizational Constraints

Think of organizational constraints as the rules you have to follow for the solution. At the organizational level, constraints or rules are usually driven by relevant legislation (which may control what information can be collected or how it can be used), policies, procedures and protocols.

Re: Organizational Constraints

Hi!

There are couple of rules and procedures to be followed for every project that company delivers. That is defined in SOPs. For example, standardization in building a product along with accepting the ongoing changes in a product from a client is ruled by the company policy. So, if solution is restricted under couple of methods to be followed, it is assured to be a standard product.

Thanks
