What SW do you use and what does that mean in terms of needs?

Understanding the needs of business analysts is key to delivering sw that can support the business analyst.  If you could take just a couple of minutes to answer this brief survey, it would help me greatly in forming a point of view from primary market data which, as an offering manager, is what I need to do.  I am a business analyst and we are exploring tools options for business analysts.  If you have reactions to the survey, feel free to reply to this post as well.  The more I hear, the better we understand.  Thanks for your time!
