Thanks for your input.  One more question - I'm using a swimlane for the single process I've identified.  There are several actors - one is a system.  Should the sytem be represented in the swimlane or just human actors?

Hi Larry,

You can definitely represent the system as a swimlane and if you have multiple systems each one could have its own swimlane.
