End to End tasks of BA in Banking 

Hi All,

Need your inputs to Know how would some1 be a Good BA in banking sector.

My knowledge;

Learn the bank Operations  and process.

Understand the technical part of solutionizing the Bank Operations.

Properly communicating the result or the process to both parties.

Please guide me to know more,

Hi:

How about these:

How to rigorously scope out a system.   Tremdously valuable, yet scarce, skill.

How to logically decompose a larger scale system.  For larger scale efforts process decomposition is necessary to handle complexity.  And best guess decomposition leads to problems.

How to apply a litmus test of completedness on process analysis:  Have I systematically covered all processes, or are there gaps?

How to create big picture process diagrams:  At the higher level, systems are not sequential.  Therefore thesequence-based process analysis techniques such as BPMN are useless.

How to create a big picture in an Agile fashion.    The bigger picture is the primary charge of BA's.
