Making BA Training Effective for on-the-job performance and placement

I have been enabling Business Analysis Learning through Skype and WebEx + email review of Quizzes, Assignments and Mini-project Documents.  The students and trainees come through training and placement agencies.  The placements have not been very encouraging.

This message to RECRUITERS (Project Managers and Team Leads) is to improve effectiveness and focus of training for on-the-job performance by the trained BA's.  I would like to know from them what they are looking for in the IIBA Syllabus.  I have prepared a 15 page Syllabus explaining Course Objectives, Topics Covered (and NOT Covered) giving reasons.  I would like to send it to those addressed and receive feedback from them.  Some of my trainees are very good and deserve placements.  I will send my recommendation of such BA Trainees.

As a responsible coach, I offer to support my trainees FREE of charge for one month.  There after if the employers / Project Managers prefer, I would like to provide BA services over the internet.  This would be in the form of review of BA Requirements Engineering Artifacts (General and UML) or creation and delivery of such artfacts (up to corrected and enhanced UML Sequence Diagrams).  This service would be available for those who may not employ my trainees immediately.

e-mail to [email protected] for direct interaction.

Thanks and regards,

Putcha V. Narasimham

It answers: Is this story clear, feasible...
In today's fast-paced digital world, successful projects aren't just built on great code—they're built on clarity. And that clarity often comes from one key player: the Business Analyst. At the heart of every great product or system is a need—a business goal, a customer pain point, or a regulatory requirement. But busines...
I have always loved cooking. I learned from my Grandma June and her kitchen was her sanctuary, a small, warm sunlit space filled with jars of spices, stacks of cookbooks, and the comforting smell of something always on the stove or baking in the oven. Grandma June was as great a cook as she was a teacher to me. She never followed a recipe “to...
